2008 1st April 2008House Fire PinkenbaCrews from Hendra, Windsor and the Aviation Rescue & Fire Fighting from Brisbane Airport turned out to this house fire at Pinkenba last night.21st March 2008Commercial Structure Fire CoorparooFire caused extensive damage to at least three business’s on Brisbane’s Southside early this morning, up to 40 fire fighters with 7 Pumps & 2 aerials worked to extinguish the fire.
13th March 2008 Commercial Structure Fire Moorooka Fire caused extensive damage to three Moorooka business premises overnight. Crews worked hard to stop the fire from spreading further, multiple pumps and 2 aerial appliances where on scene.
29th February 2008 A house fire spread to a 2nd property and threatened to go further, crews worked fast to stop the spread of fire at Spring Hill, a city suburb of Brisbane extra pumps where called for a 2 street attack to bring the fire under control..
30th January 2008 Commercial Structure Fire Salisbury A fire in a heavy industrial area on Brisbane's Southside was contained to one factory 60x30mtrs that stored foam products after 2 hours of hard work by attending crews, not my best work but here they are..
2007 9th December 2007 Scarborough Cat Refuge Structure Fire Fire crews where called to a house fire at Scarborough on Brisbane's north side, crews arrived to find the high set house well involved, after bringing the fire under control fire fighters where forced with saving many cats that lived at the home that is also a cat refuge, many cats where lost but fire fighters where able to save many more and even administered air to some cats.
4th December 2007 Occupants of this house has a very lucky escape thanks to properly installed and working fire alarms, they where woken and able to escape before the home was destroyed with the fire then spreading to an adjoining house, investigations continue into the cause.
16th November 2007 A fire started at this business premises, crews responded and required extra pumps as they had to pump water over a great distance, the fire was controlled quickly.
September 29th: Fire in a series of 3 sheds made a make pumps 7 fire call on Brisbane's northside.
September 8th: Fire services fought this 15,000sqmtr structure fire on Brisbane's Southside.
August 8th: Fire Crews respond to this large bush fire in Brendale on Brisbane's north side..

2006 27th Dec 2006 Enid Street Bracken Ridge House fire going well on my arrival, home destroyed with a very lucky dog being rescued.
16th Sept 2006 Sues Corner shops at Boondall, 4 shops destroyed in fire.
15th Sept 2006 At approximately 1600hrs, crews were turned out smoke issuing from a factory on Old Pacific Hwy, Yatala. Upon arrival crews reported a 50x60m building containing paper and collectables well involved, and a further appliances 7 pumps in total were responded. No persons were injured.
22&23rd June 2006 A container ship which was leaking Potasium Ethyl Xanthate off the Queensland coast. Crews boarded the vessel, Kota Pahlawan, off of Port Cartright to inspect the containers and to give the all clear for the vessel to dock at the Port of Brisbane.
17th April 2006 The Koara, a 19ft pleasure Yacht, caught fire today. The crew noticed smoke and within a few minutes had to abandon ship. With the tender also involved in fire an inflatable raft had to be deployed. Crews from 26 (Redcliffe) and 14 (Sandgate) stations responded and proceeded on a Bribie Island VMR vessel with foam, meeting up with various police vessels. Crews fought the fire in 2 meter high seas for over 3 hours and towed the vessel back to Scarborough marina to be finally extinguished.
8th April 2006 A house was detroyed by Fire at Tamborine, QFRS Urban & Rural Firefighters worked together well in extinguishing the fire.
25th Feb 2006 A good ending to a fully laden petrol tanker that rolled.
20th Jan 2006 At approximately 1020hrs crews were turned out to factory fire at PR Flooring, Computer Rd, Yatala. Initially one pump was in attendance and requested a make pumps 6. Further crews were turned out at this point as the fire became a make pumps 10. Crews on scene were 635a (pump), 641a (pump), 638a (pump), 631j (tap), 636a (pump), 635m (ic), 642a (pump), 850o (hazmat), 502i (bronto skylift), 517a (pump), 510a (pump), as well as many area director vehicles.
2005 16th Oct 2005 Helitacks in Action Bush Fire Belmere, Large bushfire in the Bellmere area, west of Caboolture. A large number of rural and urban crews were needed, as well as three helitaks.
22nd August 2005 Small containers containing hazardous material fell off a truck.
18th Aug 2005 At approximately 2330hrs, QFRS crews 504a (Windsor Stn), 516a & 516k (Chermside Station), 511a (Hendra Station), 501b (Kemp Place), 850p (BA Replenishment), and BO11 (SOC) attended a well involved unit fire at Wavell Heights on Brisbane's North Side. The old Queenslander which was divided into units was destroyed, as well as 3 Vehicles parked underneath the unit. All occupants were accounted for and all pumps had left the scene by 0506hrs.
9th Aug 2005 Occupants of this house awoke to their burning house, the house was destroyed.
19th April 2005 This community shopping centre was completely destroyed by fire.
TBA 2005 Humptys Smash Repair Fire Wooloongabba This fire destroyed the smash repair business that had been in the area for many years.
TBA 2005 This empty house caught fire early this morning , the house was destroyed.
