A factory fire at Northgate this morning started after midnight, fire crews arrived at the scene to find the premises well involved, crews worked fast to extinguish the fire before it could spread.

Firefighters were called to a shed that houses a leather-making operation at Narangba about 2pm today (Monday)
Fire crews arrived to find the rear of the building well alight.
Make Pumps 4 was called and crews from several stations worked hard to bring the fire under control.

Crews from Hendra, Windsor and the Aviation Rescue & Fire Fighting from Brisbane Airport turned out to this house fire at Pinkenba last night.
Fire caused extensive damage to at least three business’s on Brisbane’s Southside early this morning, up to 40 fire fighters with 7 Pumps & 2 aerials worked to extinguish the fire.
Fire caused extensive damage to three Moorooka business premises overnight. Crews worked hard to stop the fire from spreading further, multiple pumps and 2 aerial appliances where on scene.
A house fire spread to a 2nd property and threatened to go further, crews worked fast to stop the spread of fire at Spring Hill, a city suburb of Brisbane extra pumps where called for a 2 street attack to bring the fire under control..
A fire in a heavy industrial area on Brisbane’s Southside was contained to one factory 60×30mtrs that stored foam products after 2 hours of hard work by attending crews.
Fire crews where called to a house fire at Scarborough on Brisbane’s north side, crews arrived to find the high set house well involved, after bringing the fire under control fire fighters where forced with saving many cats that lived at the home that is also a cat refuge, many cats where lost but fire fighters where able to save many more and even administered air to some cats.
Occupants of this house has a very lucky escape thanks to properly installed and working fire alarms, they where woken and able to escape before the home was destroyed with the fire then spreading to an adjoining house, investigations continue into the cause.
A fire started at this business premises, crews responded and required extra pumps as they had to pump water over a great distance, the fire was controlled quickly.
A fire started at these business premises last night and took hold of up 3 business premises. Make pumps 7 was called and with aerial support of a TAP fire crews battled the fire with an LP on standby. The fire was brought under control with fire crews stopping the fire from spreading to up to 60 cars in a storage yard.
A fire started in a storage area around 9am at 469 Sherwood Road, Sherwood. The building contained at least 50 business’s as well as hundreds of self-storage units.
The entire 15,000sqmtr premise was gutted by the fire which may have started in an area used to store lots of toilet paper. Make pumps 10 (5 alarm) was initiated with 3 aerials and support vehicles and senior officers responded. Crews fought the fire for many hours before bringing it under control, fire crews will remain on site over night monitoring the fire that is still smouldering.

Fires skirted around business’s buildings as fire fighters contained the fire and commenced back burns to stop the fire. Crews from many stations attended.
A single vehicle left the road ending in the following.
On arrival crews located a man and woman trapped in the vehicle.
25 (Petrie), 27 (Deception Bay) and 28K (Caboolture) responded.
Both occupants where trapped for some time.
Multiple QPS and QAS also attended with the female occupant being
medivaced by Rescue 500.
Due the severity of the scene and the on going medical work going on
around me shots where limited and where carried our once the roof was
replaced, stabilisers removed and the patients moved to ambulances.
Early this morning fire crews where called to this fire in an almost completed housing estate.
On the 18th July 2007 a fire broke out in the garage of this Bracken Ridge Home. Crews arrived to find the property going well and quickly worked to extinguish the fire.
Around 5pm fire fighters from 3 stations responded to a house fire, on arrival fire fighters found the dwelling going well. Fire fighters word fast to stop the fire spreading to adjoining properties and the fire was stopped fast. The house was damaged extensively and all occupants where accounted for.
Around 9:40 p.m a two level Queenslander (Timber Highset) house was reported on fire in Paddington, an inner City suburb of Brisbane over night. A make pumps 5 was issued with fire trucks and crews fighting the fire from two streets. Fire Fighters battled to save two adjoining homes from the flames as the home was destroyed, both adjoining homes suffered some damage.

A fire has destroyed several prime movers and trailers in this fire at a south side truck holding yard, fire fighters in 5 fire trucks battled the blaze for a few hours to bring it under control.
